Her practice connects rituals such as “ancestral like”and“emojis_addict”¬ or “audios_mania” “attitudes”from isolated communities of the “worldwide web” and the ephimeral groups of social networks : unknown people or profiles collected online. She works manually and digitally anachronical handcrafted objects and folkloric artefacts using internet symbols and icons or emojis such as #, <3, the sharing symbol, :): :(:, @ etc..) She also paints over an hibrid reality using analog and digital filters to create a contradictory ersthetics shared under the hashtag #filespaintings and printed on soft interior design fabrics. Her recent works are focusing on identity and anthropology within a global and hyperconnected system. Therefore she uses the swiss passport, the iconic design of the swiss flag and the costumes of the swiss guard in roman Vatican to perform the most “successfull” disorders of our times: bipolarity, depression, ocd, …incarnated by allegorical avatars characters (Litio & quietapina) that promote the end of the internet and the archeology of the actual stereotypes that surround humanity, hashtag #DIAGNOSISISCARNAVAL From the spiral of her whole work there is an infinite weaving that ramificates in a big number of hashtags converted into rituals and mantras directly on her Instagram account : norarenaud_hyperanalogist, wher appear in loop visual works and narrations that present themselves as cyclic forms, a language that is the fruit of our collaboration between our“ smart devices’ and our“smart us
