An overexposure of symbols and codes from our contemporary communication systems: Infinite Hashtags & QR Codes is an installation that transcends the technical functionality of digital language to inhabit the realm of performance, excess, and the fleeting infinity of what we share—materialized in eternal hashtags and QR codes.
Swiss artist Nora Renaud presents a selection of more than 70 narrative and performative hashtags, linked to the work Infinite QR Codes’ Room by @infinite.qrcodes, in an intervention that transforms QR codes into semantic portals.
In this project, digital signs are not only read: they are inhabited, activated, and questioned. The invisible materializes into layers of information, collective bodies, and hybrid rituals between the physical and the virtual.
